Web Designer
Must have 2 years experience, professional attitude, the ability to communicate directly with customers, strong design background, and strong knowledge of both web and multimedia including:
- Thorough knowledge of HTML/XHTML and CSS
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver & Flash
- Knowledge of JQuery, Flash ActionScript and Print Design is a plus
Sales
This is a great opportunity for those with marketing and communications industry experience to reach their full potential. Our high quality and production standards, along with our commitment to service, make your job selling Millennium services easy. Knowledge of printing and/or promotional products is necessary.
Shipping and Receiving Coordinator
We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail who can work in a fast-paced environment to organize the daily shipping functions with limited direction. Responsibilities include tracking all incoming and outgoing shipments preparing and packaging all items for shipment, and maintaining daily records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. To be successful in this position, you must have exceptional customer relations skills and a strong commitment to teamwork and time management.
Account Manager/Trafficker
Our growing company needs an energetic, detail-oriented multi-tasker to collaborate with customers and coordinate the efforts of our design and production team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills; is familiar with the printing and marketing industries and various media, including print and web; is comfortable working in a fast-paced office, and can get results while having fun.
Digital / Prepress Technician
Position will include running a Computer to Plate system and a Xerox Igen3, as well as light design & typesetting. We will train you! Preferred applicants should be familiar with Mac & PC software applications: Quark, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Publisher. This is a great position for anyone with experience running digital copier, press equipment or design/production background.
Mailing Technician
This position requires a self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills who will be responsible for all bulk mailing tasks, including maintaining databases, planning and monitoring all mailing projects and processing and handling mail. Knowledge of USPS Bulk Mail regulations a plus.
