Janice Tippett
President/CEO
As early as 10th grade, Janice realized that one day she wanted to have her own design business. So soon after graduating from Montgomery College in 1993, she started JT’s Graphic Design . . . in her parents’ basement.
Before long, the business was flourishing but one thing irked Janice again and again – the lack of control over the production time and quality of her design work. Determined to provide the best for her clients, Janice purchased a small print shop; Millennium was born.
Jody Franklin
Vice President/Owner
Jody Franklin, a native of the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area, joined Millennium in 1997 as vice president/owner after nearly twenty-seven years of managerial leadership experience with the federal government. In the federal sector, Jody led and managed many special projects in diverse fields and services including managing the Base Relocation Office as Program Manager to implement BRAC 98/91 initiatives and finishing her career as the Executive Officer, Chief of Staff for the U.S. Army Research Laboratory.
Keith Tippett
Vice President of Operations/Owner
As Vice President of Operations & Technology, Keith ensures that Millennium provides our customers with the best solutions available. Experience in Marketing and Print Production, combined with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management allows for a unique perspective in our industry. Keith has spent the last 8 years improving Millennium’s production workflow and assisting customers with their web development needs. He is also responsible for the management and growth of our Information Technology infrastructure. Future focus includes expanding Millennium’s Multi-Channel Marketing Capabilities and improving our Web-to-Print Automation Capabilities.
Emily Ames
Production Artist/Designer
Emily’s story begins with a B.A. in journalism from Penn State University, a Master's in publications design from the University of Baltimore and nearly a decade of professional experience in writing, communications and graphic design. Her interest in creative expression brings passion to her projects at Millennium by helping others tell their stories and convey their ideas to the public. In her spare time she enjoys getting creative with her own projects, reading, watching films, cooking, music, gathering with friends and family, and exploring the world around her.
Michelle Bastian
Senior Project Coordinator
Michelle brings many years of detail tracking and employee organizing to Millennium. As our leader in Customer Service and Project Coordinating she ensures that clients jobs are on time, on budget and on target.
Randy Bastian
Senior Pressman
Randy is our Lead Pressman with over 25 years press operating experience. Randy prides himself in meeting the challenges of the most difficult press jobs and making the equipment produce results beyond expectations.
Carrie Brosky
Executive Assistant/AR
Carrie brings 15 years of executive /administrative work experience in the legal and accounting field with her to Millennium. Her professionalism and outgoing character is an asset to Millennium. Carrie loves to play softball and spend time with her husband and their 3 dogs.
Michael Bruns
Web Designer
Michael created his first website in 1996 on GeoCities and since then has been involved in web design both personally and professionally. In 2006 he graduated from the University of the Arts with a BFA in Multimedia. He brings 5+ years of professional web design experience in multiple markets to Millennium. He is constantly working to improve himself to provide the highest quality product to Millennium's clients.
Michelle Fazenbaker
Concept + Create + Lead
Michelle could have been a rock star, but her fear of falling off the stage was too much to handle, so she opted for a career where she could bend lines, turn type up-side down, and spray paint colors across a computer screen. Her passion for graphic design comes from other hobbies in her life that include painting, reading, puzzles, and talking. She also spends two nights a week playing APA-league billiards. Michelle received her mass communications degree from Towson University and her master’s in publication design from the University of Baltimore. Her warped sense of humor and boundless creativity make her a perfect complement to our design team.
Lewis Johnson
Pressman
Lewis has been with Millennium since 2002. He brings over 40 years of print experience and knowledge to Millennium. We are proud of the quality and care that Lewis puts into his prints.
Chuck Jones
Production Manager
A versatile and highly capable professional with over 20 years experience in the printing industry, Chuck brings to Millennium a broad knowledge base encompassing both management and technical aspects of printing. His skills include business office management, full production management, employee management, product and design knowledge, customer service and sales. Through his innovation and creativity he strives to make customer satisfaction the #1 priority. Chuck enjoys spending his free time with his 2 young sons.
Alison Kolazas
Project Manager
Alison has several years of experience in the advertising industry. She has a B.S. in Advertising from Barry University in Miami, Florida. She brings innovative ideas and concepts to the table while continuing to learn and grow here at Millennium.

Patty Lewis
Marketing Consultant
Patty has over fifteen years of experience in the sales, marketing and promotional field. Patty's involvement in the business community’s activities as well as non-profit organizations positions her to be well connected. She currently serves on the Board for YMCA Camp Lett's, is an Ambassador for the Chesapeake Regional Tech Council, as well as an active volunteer with various local charities including the Boys & Girls Clubs of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County and the Light House Shelter. She is a 2009' Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) Award Honoree.
Debra May
Account Manager
After 16 years of selling and producing events of all sizes in catering sales in the hospitality industry, Debra joined Millennium in 2006. She has a real niche for client relations and can ensure you the best customer service along with the Millennium team. Debra is involved in various trade associations, including the National Association of Catering Executives and Baltimore Washington Corridor Chamber.
Michael Romeo
Marketing Consultant
With several years of sales and marketing experience, Mike brings high energy and enthusiasm to the team. As a graduate from Shepherd University in West Virginia, he studied Sport and Event Management. Mike's knowledge of the meeting, event and trade show industry proves to be a tremendous asset to Millennium and the clients he serves. Mike believes that a professional, yet friendly, relationship with a client is critical to success. He attributes family values and his wife's support as the foundation of this belief. In his free time, Mike is an avid Baltimore sports junkie and loves cheering on the Ravens, Orioles and the USA Men's National Soccer team.
Monica Rosen
Project Manager
Monica brings over 15 years of customer service experience to the print industry. With backgrounds in a variety of areas including pre-press, publication and sign businesses she is happy to share her expertise with the team at Millennium.
Kevin Selekof
Design + Execution
Kevin has always loved fast cars. The way they look as though they're moving, even if they're printed on a poster, inspires each of his designs. Graduating from Towson University in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Kevin understands the techniques of embedding this type of sensation into his work. He wants everyone who sees his artwork to feel as connected to it as he does. Kevin brings several years of experience working at an advertising agency, and knowledge of print design and production, to Millennium. He loves sports and spending time with his family and friends... especially if they're going to a car show.
Doug Smith
Strategy + Web
Doug brings several years in the marketing industry as well as award winning multimedia and design skills. His experience in account management, graphic design and marketing has allowed him to provide award winning solutions to all of his customers. Now you can find Doug creating an impact for our clients in all aspects of media. Whether it’s a printing project, a television commercial, radio campaign or you need a key note speaker at your next event… you can rest assured that Doug will provide you with the expertise you come to expect from Millennium Marketing Solutions.
Michael St.Clair
Concept + Creative
Michael brings over 10 years of graphic design and promotion experience to Millennium. He earned his degree in Social Science/Secondary Education at Towson University, however his passion for the arts led him to transition to a career as a Graphic Designer. Michael takes great pride in delivering a product that exceeds the client's expectations and is proud to be part of the Millennium team. When he's not huddled in front of his Mac he is busy with home renovation, art, music, sports, travel, and spending time with his two dogs, Molly and Miles.
Chris Stielper
Interactive Design & Development
As our Interactive Specialist, Chris has created numerous award-winning web sites for our customers. He has an extensive background in both web, multimedia and print design. His unique ability to combine style with functionality and accuracy allows for excellence in web site design and development. Chris is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a BA in Graphic Design and regularly attends continued education classes to keep up with the latest web development technology.
TJ Toohey
Digital Technician
TJ comes to Millennium with over 5 years of print experience. He earned an AA in Fine Arts at Anne Arundel CC. He is dedicated to providing high quality digital printing, as well as utilizing the latest variable information technologies to maximize ROI for our clients. In his free time TJ enjoys photography and live music.
Melody Wood
Project Manager
Melody is an award winning Purchasing and Customer Service Specialist. She joined Millennium with over 11 years combined experience with the Federal Government and private industries. Melody continues to enhance Millennium's customer service through a specialized Business Management and Customer Service program at the University of Maryland.
Suzy Quader
Project Manager
Suzy Quader joins Millennium with over 25 years experience in the printing field with a strong background in customer service, production and scheduling. Obviously, she started her work when she was just a baby. Suzy took an extended hiatus from printing, exploring the world of plasters, mural and Trompe L’Oeil painting. She now returns to her roots where she finds creativity a crucial aspect to her problem-solving abilities. Suzy paints in various media, enjoys bird watching, bad golf, her herb garden and time with her family and chocolate Lab Ginger.
