Allen & Rocks, Inc.

Challenge: To improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness for meeting the changing print and marketing needs of the multi-site property management company, Allen and Rocks, Inc.

Solution: Millennium started working with Allen and Rocks in 2005 and was soon producing basic printed marketing collateral for their many properties. In 2007, to give the client better control of its printing and marketing materials’ requests, Millennium established an online ordering and reporting system customized for Allen and Rocks properties.  Now with eight properties, each property manager can access the online system to place orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Each residence has a listing of stationery, collateral and promotional products that may be ordered.  Administrative documents may also be generated on-demand, like emergency work order applications, lease agreements, temporarily parking permits and lead booklets. Property managers receive their orders in one or two business day. Regional property managers can produce various accounting reports from the system and company branding is protected by limiting the materials being ordered to those pre-approved by corporate headquarters.
