Millennium created and maintained a Facebook photo contest for Congressional Towers. The contest encouraged fans to submit original photos of the regional Cherry Blossom trees, and then vote on the best picture for a chance to win a $100 VISA gift card. Engaging Facebook graphics and flyers were designed to compliment the brand of the community.
Bozzuto Homes wanted to increase participation in their Smart Rent Program. This program provides Bozzuto residents a credit for each month of rent paid toward the purchase of a new Bozzuto Home. Using variable data, Millennium designed and executed a personalized email campaign that switched out first names, photos, community information and the amount of credit saved. Additionally, the closest available new home community to their current residence was highlighted.
